Transfer locally or remotely
The published Programming Tool is a standalone utility for managing RTCU units, including local and remote application and firmware transfers. It uses the RTCU Communication Support Package communication engine.
The release history records Communication Hub support, configuration of cellular/LAN/WLAN/access-point interfaces, and support for IEX Insight!-built projects. Match the installed tool and device requirements using the full release history.
Prepare the programming connection
For USB programming-port support, install the separately listed RTCU Programming Port driver package. The Downloads catalogue separates 32-bit and 64-bit Windows driver packages.
The User’s Guide is included in the installation package and is also available as a PDF. The CSP package separately includes Programming Tool source code for integration reference and customization.
